After many Restoration projects this Spring and Summer, we were thrilled to open the Charles Dugan Mansion to the public. Some of the Projects included: Sanding and Staining the wood floors, removing popcorn ceilings, painting the Grand Foyer, Library, Cigar Room, Parlor, Dining Room, Grand Stairs and Upstairs Hallway, Cleaning the ductwork, sanding and staining the exterior doors, replacing the exterior and interior leaded glass sidelights, electrical work, restoring fireplaces, adding solar shades, restoring picture rails....not to mention all of the outside restoration work done 2017- 2023!
